SENSe Therapy is based on seven principles of training: select; attentive exploration; feedback; calibrate; anticipate; repeat and progress; and transfer. These principles are derived from research in perceptual learning and neuroscience. Each of these principles has been operationalised within the SENSe training modules. Examples of how the principles may be applied across tactile, proprioceptive and object recognition tasks and everyday occupations is provided in the video clip below.
